Just bones and batter

I purchased a power box (whatever it's called) and a streetwise 3 from the Lambton KFC. First of all I sat in the drive through for 30min with 2 cars in front of me. If it had been more I could have understood, but it was only 2 cars, one of which was only passed a cool drink. Then when I finally got to the pay station the lady could not use the card machine, so after 15min of people hooting at me I had to go inside to use another one. That took an additional 10min due to the same reason. All of the before mentioned would have been fine into eyes as I don't like to complain, however, when we opened our meals three of the four pieces of chicken where simply bones and batter. I took photographs of the drumsticks as I was so amazed by what I was seeing. The bones where brittle and black, there was absolutely no sight of meat and a perfect batter shield giving the illusion that there was nothing wrong. The meal costs around R102 after donation. I don't have R102 to waste on bones and batter. I buy that meal because it shared quite nicely but when you minus 2 pieces of chicken, then I have to make a plan. I'd really like to hear from someone, as I have already tried the complaint email.
