Worms in my food and Wimpy does not respond

On the 8th of February I bought food from the Wimpy at Safari Tuine in Rustenburg. Not only did the cashier not make sure that both salads were packed in (which I only discovered because I checked everything, and thus had to wait for them to make another one)
When I got home and started eating I discovered worms my salad Its obvious the lettuce not been washed, since said worms would have been absent if it had been. I am extremely concerned about what other "corners are cut", or steps skipped just because it seems to be too much of a "hassle" to do.

I am, disgusted. I e-mailed Wimpy's head office and received a report that my e-mail was read by a Diane Sadie (as it appears on the read report) on 11/02/13 at 08.13 am, but not one person has made the effort to respond to my mail. I am appalled that Wimpy handles a matter of this magnitude with such indifference. We have been supporting Wimpy all our lives and I am now so put off that I cannot bring myself to even enter a Wimpy.

It is 5 days since my e-mail It seems to me that by not responding, Wimpy is implying that this is a non-issue and a common occurrence, to have worms in their food. I did send a photo att with my e-mail.
