Bad Oysters to match the bad service

The family (3 of us) went for dinner to CTFM. As a starter, my wife & I ordered 4 oysters each. Upon placing my order, I mentioned to the waitress that I had previously had an incident & before bringing the oysters to our table, could she please make double sure that they were ok. I specifically mentioned this, as I did not want a repeat performance & I did not want to land up being ill again. To make a long story short, my wife's oysters were ok, mine were not. I took them back to the kitchen & went to find the waitress. Next the waitress & the manager (Carol) arrive at my table with another plate of oysters. There is no way any sane person is going to go another round so I declined. Whilst speaking to the manageress, she had a smirk on her face which infuriated me even more than her bad attitude. I told her about our previous experience, as well as another we had which involved the Dorrado. This is now the 3rd time we have been served bad fish / seafood. I then told her I was not interested in dealing with her as I could see this was just a job for her & she did not give a. I left my contact number & asked that the owner call me on Mon 11th Feb. No-one has contacted me.
