Soggy Fish

Yesterday aftenoon at approximately 2:30pm we visited Ocean Basket, Pavillion & ordered a plattter for 2 - when we tasted the fish, it tasted soggy& felt as if it was off (could not get a fish taste) - we called our waiter asked him what type of fish this is, he said fresh water fish & that is how it tastes, still not satisfied with his response, we called for the manager only to get the same response, she recommended that they take back the fish & deep fry it - we were not pleased with that as you can not take fish that is already cooked & fry it - it will go rubbery - all they could tell us was next time you order, ask for the fish to be deep fried. The manager just brushed the whole thing off. Funny enough there was a couple sitting next to us with the same issue - it can not be two different customers with the same complaint!
