I am very disgruntled about the service of the barman. The barman charged me R173 instead of R137. It might seem like an honest mistake but I do not think it was as I clearly stated the pricing after insisting on a bill. He then proceeded to further aggravate me by charging me a further R137 as apposed to reversing the charge. If he does not know how to use a card machine he should not have access to one. I don't want a refund or my money back or anything of the sort. I just want to make you aware of the poor service and underhanded practice of your staff. I did raise the issue with your manager, Jamrock but he instructed me to come back with my bank statement which was not feasible for me as I live in Edenvale and would either have to pay for a statement or wait for my statement followed by driving 60km to provide the statement. I sent a mail detailing my complaint to the menlyn store mail address. It is almost a year later and I have not received any response from Cubana. There level of service is terrible and the lack of response from management shows why.
