Romans Pizza
HAIR ON MY PIZZA!!!

Bought a pizza from Romans pizza in Long Street, Cape Town and I was super hungry cause I hadn't eaten all day... As I was eating the pizza, I found HAIR in it..you can imagine how disgusted I was and still super hungry, I went back to their branch to complain and the lady (dark skinned girl, with reddish brown braids) that was there gave me an attitude and did not even apologise... I demanded an apology and she just did not even care. She just said that well we will make another pizza for you..When she gave me the pizza she did not even offer me serviettes, I had to ask for that as well. I called their Head Office 0861766267 and they just gave me this number (0764036310 Natasha) to call because they (the lady that answered the phone) said they could not help... when I called the number there was no answer it just kept on ringing. I am angry and disappointed at the service I got... and I demand a Formal apology from them.
