CLOT of hair in pizza

Good day

As a huge fan of Romans Pizza I am very disappointed to have to report that I found a huge clot of hair in my pizza.

At first I thought it was just one hair, but as I cut the second bite that string / clot of hair dragged in my plate.

It was so disgusting that I had to spit out the first bite as I was feeling nauseated by the situation.

Aren't kitchen staff supposed to cover their hair?
