Fetherbed company knysna- very unproffesional!!

I planned a holiday in Knysna. The highlight, and last evening there, was to have a sundowner cruize, and propose with champaigne and oysters.
As the booklet of featherbed says to do, I phoned 3 days earlier to request oysters. I was told that it is not necessary, and there will be oysters on board. The day of the cruize, I phoned again to double check, and I was told AGAIN, that it is not necessary to book, as there will definitely be oysters on board. I explained that oysters on the cruize is the highlight of my holiday, and they guaranteed me I do not need to worry, as there are oysters on board.
Upon ordering the oysters on board, I was told they are out of stock!! No oyster, or cooked bacon oysters were available as on the menu.
I left knysna without having oysters to celebrate my girlfriend accepting my proposal, and this was the highlight of my knysna trip. Yet to experience eating oysters in Knysna, and my now fiance is yet to experience eating oysters.
