Good service, bad customer service at head office

Dear Nandos Head office

First i have to complement the guys at Nandos Suideroord... Great service and awesome attitude... Not much to say about the spices...
I went to Nandos Suideroord on Manday 01 July... Ordered 2 chicken strips with spicy rice (mild)... The chicken was great but the Spicy rice was so hot i had to go to another competitor to get food for my family... Tuesday 02 july i went to Nandos to query why everything was so spice... Ismeal the manager said he had problems with his regulars that even the mild chilly were hot... His reported it to the and no response yet...

I send a mail to the customer care and noth were done about it, its now almost a week later... As i said good service a t store level but bad service at Head office...
