Always something! This time, the ice cream machine

It has happened on numerous occasions that their ice cream machine is not working properly. I have had 3 previous experiences where I received already melted ice creams in cones!! You can imagine the mess with kids! (the kfc is situated next to the entrance of a school!)
On other occasions, it was out of order.
Today, the machine was being cleaned.
What irks me is the flippant attitude from the staff.
Mostly they are just plain rude!
I was once asked to please leave quicker - as they will get penalised. That cost me to assemble my own sandwich: a chicken mayo sandwich!!! as they just threw it in the bag (after they got the order wrong the first time).
I use the drive-thru as a matter of convenience, but their service is definitely NOT up to scratch!
