No responce from KFC

Mt previous complaint was never escalated and no satisfactory outcome came from it. KFC is a revolting company with no integrity or values but lots of space for empty promises. My resent complaint number are P3/13/1335; P3/13/579; P2/13/612; P13/12/2431. Spoke to Natalie on 2 February, and she also promised, just like all the previous personnel that she would sort it.
