Short Black Hair in Chips

Tuesday 21 May 2013, I ordered a Shake It Up special from the Steers in Monte Casino.
The staff as always are very friendly, I take my meal to go and return to my office.
When I got back to my office I took a bite of my burger and then grabbed a chip, on the end of the chip was a short black hair. I immediately began to gag and had to spit out the bite of burger I had in my mouth. I was so disgusted that I proceeded to throw the whole meal away.

How if hairnets are required by law can I find a hair in my food, was it placed their on propose???
