I went to KFC with my colleague to make a big order of the KFC pap meal and we were poorly assisted by Sylvia, whom we specifically asked not to add certain portions (wings) to the orders. She reacted with attitude advising us that they will be added no matter the request, I then checked the advertisement of the order and told her that we want what is advertised and she still did not respond. Sylvia even told us that she will not be able to make the order of 11 take aways even when she was told that the order will be fetched in 2 hours 30 minutes time. I asked to speak to the manager regarding the advertised menu and the time we will fetch the orders but she did not call him/her, instead she came back to the till and said she will not speak to me anymore. One of the staff ladies (Thobile or Thobekile) who heard the argument stepped in and took over the order with a very good attitude and willingness to assist. Please coach Sylvia on customer service, respect and about the CPA act, because we are spending money to support outlets in Soweto and getting such service will make us buy in Suburbs... as the service there is better.
