No Chicken and Mash and Rude

We went to Kfc at about 3 o clock Sunday Morning 2nd Feb. We wanted to order a Fully Loaded Box meal, only to be told by a very rude lady that they don't have any gravy. We then asked her if she could then substitute the mash for Chips. Which she then replied back no, without apologising or anything. Eventually we said that we would take a streetwise 2, then to be told, "sorry we don't have chicken". How can you be a 24hour KFC if you don't even have chicken. Then we were harassed by like 6 youngish drunk guys asking for money and bumping our car, ect. No security whatsoever. I've had such a bad experience at this KFC, I'll never go back there again. I'm telling everyone to stay away.
