BAD SERVICE

This morning on my way to work myself and my fiance drove through the drive through and ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese, only to be told they cannot serve it in the morning and that it will take atleast two hours too change the grills but they were selling big mac. The girl that potrayed herself as a manager just said that the polocy for the last two years

We then drove to Mcdonalds at Tyger Manor who then gave e what we wanted i was late as i had to do a detour what is happening? this is poor service.
