Bad attutude and Service

We order a Vegaterian Sub and there was no cheese on it, when we asked about it we received a rudely answer from the lady behind the counter that you have to pay for extra cheese. Sure we would pay for extra cheese if we wanted extra cheese, but there was no cheese in the first place which should be there as a sub comes with cheese!!!

Even have the pictures.
Have logged a call with customer service which took 4 days for them to even start with my complaint.
Then the Store owner wanted to sort it out between us and she just never did!!! Promises!! Still waiting!!!
Not customer service or the owner has phoned me back to give my mom her money back or replace her sub.
Bad Bad Bad service
