Plastic in smoothie

In the first week of January this year, I visited Kauai in Cavendish for lunch and ordered my favoirte smoothie, a gem. As I reached the end of the drink, I sucked up a thick piece of plastic! I immediately went onto their webiste for a contact email address and sent an email stating what happened and included a picture of what I had found in my "health" drink. To date - no response. Shocking service.
