Forced Tips bad taste!

I worked for tips while studying, so I always tip at least 10% of the bill, but I feel that it is bad taste to force your customers to tip a certain amount.

If you agree, stay away from El Burro in Green Point. I went there with a few friends, our bill came to R1, 700 and some odd and I was shocked to see that they forced us to pay R1, 900 and some odd.
