Poor service

Hello,

I went to Midrand Boulders Mall Saturday at Steers to buy Ice Cream, i first asked the customers on the que to ahead the line because of my situation am 8months Pregnant cant stand for long on the que Steers manager and cashiers they give me bad attitude. Everywhere i go people understand my situation because my feet were soar.please advice if am wrong.
