VERY VERY BAD SERVICE FROM MEAT CUTTER

My name is Lerato, I was at your restaurant on Sunday 25 August 2013.
I was with a friend of mine Ms Thami who invited me to join her to your restaurant. She by the way, spoke highly of your place as a colleague of hers recommended the place to her too.
I must say everything was going well until we decided that we want to have the spit braai meat and went up to where the meat was and there was no one to serve us. We then asked one of the waiters to call out the meat cutter who later came with an attitude the first instance when he walked out of the kitchen. He then told us in Xhosa, with an attitude despicable of, told us that he is closed & asked us why are coming only then to get the meat. May I just add that the time was 15:15pm meaning the buffet was not closed yet. This gentlemen, no in fact he was NOT gentle at all. He then spoke some vulgar words that I cannot even say out of my mouth, said we can call his manager if we want because we eventually told him that if he continued to disrespect us like he was, we willcall the manager. he still disrespected us infront of his manager! and the promised to call us, she has done so. I'm so dissapointed at the lack of respect & serv
