Excellent food

I was unfortunate to have ordered disgusting pizza's from Scooters a couple of months ago. I put am complaint on Hello Peter as well as at the Scooters Call Centre. What a waste that was. Scooters did sent us other pizza's but the toppings as off. We thru that away aswell. A couple of weeks later a very friendly gentleman-new branch manager that was helping out new management gave me a call. Informed me the brakpan branch was under new management, i profusely refused to ever order from Brakpan again. About 10 minutes later the new owner gave me call. ensured me the standard as drastically improved. I still refused. He said he will load me 2 free pizzas on the system for whenever I wanted. Recently I took that chance one night when some of our friends came over. Even our friends had remarks when they heard me call Scooters. What a pleasant surprise it was. The pizza's were delicious. Thank you so much for not giving up on my business. You have just won my business back but also our friends business. They were just as impressed. Thank you scooters! i ave ordered twice since then from you. You can be assured of our business. You guys handled this matter very professionally. Thank you!!
