Nandos Cresta - Poor Level of Customer Service

I would like to comment on the poor level of customer service faced by myself on many occasions at the Nandos, Cresta shopping centre in Randburg. There seems to be an issue when customers like myself experience that take away orders are not packed according to the purchase. In the past I've had to deal with rolls missing, fries not being included and today receiving a burger with no chicken fillet in it. I've brought this to the attention of the manager at each occasion but it seems that the behaviour of the staff is still not changing. I can agree that at fast food restaurants mistakes can happen but it seems to be an occurrence happening far too often at this franchise. Nandos, Cresta need to realise that everytime they get an order wrong it inconveniences the customer because it requires another trip back to the franchise, another 10-15 minutes to navigate the que, the cost of parking and fuel used. If a person tallied the cost of the inconvenience, it would be cheaper to consume a meal at a fancy restaurant. An extra packet of chips doesn't equate to the hassle and cost of what a customer has to go through.
