Delivery was longer than an hou

On Saturday 4 January we ordered at 19h31 which was delivered at 20h35. We arrived from the airport and needed to feed our 2 old. After about 40 minutes I called and spoke to the manager who advised she would call the driver and then call me back but never did. I called about 10 minutes and told the same thing as well as that they had only one driver. Why did they not tell me when I ordered. Also when I queried the delivery within 39 minutes I got no answer. I did not mind paying but the service was bad and they did not keep the promise in respect of the delivery.
