OnlIt was 21.45 (22nd December 2012) when I ordered my pizza (for delivery) from Debonairs. It was simple an order and I expected my pizza within 45 minutes as advertised. I called at 22.30 as my pizza had still not arrived, I was told t was on it's way although there was some hesitation in the recipients voice. I called again at 22.45- too my horror, I was told that there was no evidence of my order and it was placed again. I called again at 23.15 to check if everything was on track, I was told that the driver was on it's way. When 23.30 struck, I had had it and requested to speak to the manager who advised that he staff had been lying to me all along (who says that in customer service?). I was absolutely disgusted in bad mouthing her staff and advised that I could go to any other pizza take - away but chose Debonairs because of their efficiency. The manager apologised and continued to bad mouth her staff rather than make me happy as a customer. I demanded that the pizza get's delivered ASAP. To my surprise, the manager still wanted me to pay full price for the pizza. The delivery male arrived at 00.15 and oh my, a cold pizza! No charge, no tip! Haven't bought from Debonairs aga!
