Never have ANYTHING

I was very disappointed last night after purchasing a grilled chicken salad, streetwise 2 and kiddies box meal. When we got home, the kiddies meal was in a streetwise 2 box, and there was no toy. Furthermore, there was no tomato sauce, salt or serviettes in the bag. I am tired of the type of service I get at this franchise. This is not the first time this happens and everytime one just has to accept this type of service. It is totally unacceptable. There isn't even a notice up stating there is no toys available. You can only image my 3 year old daughter's face when there was no toy, not to mention no proper packaging. The cashier didn't even apologise. I would appreciate it if someone can get back to me ASAP.
