Kfc - Chilli Kiddies meal

We ordered one Children's Meal, Pops, from KFC Faerie Glen, Lynnwood, Pretoria. When we got home our daughter (4) went to room to eat her pops, and we just heard screaming and crying, as her mouth was burning she said. My wife tasted one and it was Chilli pops!!! It seems they provided Chilli Salt in a kiddies meal??? This is very dangerous as a child could not only hurt themselves and if she rubbed her eyes from crying she could of damaged her eyes as well... Why would any KFC staff give a child a chilli meal or add chilli salt in the meal???
