Always an issue with the branch

I frequently stop for a quick breakfast at the Belhar branch of KFC in Cape town, however most of the time the coffee machine is out of order, it happens almost every month. Furthermore since we are customers nothing is even ever done to give a substitute product. Last week for one i bought a coffee, when i opened it to put in sugar there was a black item floating on top. When i approached the duty manager i got told it is the plastic lid. I mean really now you are serving customers, you are suppossed to provide a decent service. What is up with that. One can even wait for up to 10 minutes for a meal when the shop is quiet. What is up with that? I am really disappointed in this.
