Paid what I didn't orde

I ordered a meal that comes with a salad for R48, 90 (delivery) and only received a piece of meat and a drink; the salad wasn't included yet I paid for it. I call the Nandos a number of times and all the time I try to call I can't get through, I sent their delivery guy Teddy to pass the information for me but still there was no service delivered. The lady who took my order was Eunice, and I ordered at 11:15 and the target delivery is stated on the slip as 11:50am and the delivery came at 12:50
