AM RISER - WAKE UP

Let me start off by saying I have always been and will continue to be a client of KFC, however I need to bring this to the attention to somebody who may actually action some training or awareness to the staff and/or management. A few weeks ago I did make contact with the regional manager for PE area and informed him of the poor service at KFC Newton Park and the on going incorrect order at KFC Walker Drive. He did say he would get hold of the manager/s and they would call me, well surprise surprise!
I have recently moved office to Cape Road Central and have been getting my AM Riser most morning from the KFC Drive Through in Central, I must say 8 out of 10 times you either wait due to the staff seeming half asleep (not sure if they worked through the night) and dragging their lifeless bodies around the shop or they need to freshly prepare, which I have no problem with but them please guys don't call it a Drive Through, rather a Park and Wait. This morning I felt a bit peckish and along with my AM Riser I added a Mini Twister (with crispy strip), really no surprise to get a hash brown instead of a strip...!
Wake Up Please, don't ask me what I want if you going to give anything!
