Bad attitude

Hi my name is Karabo. Im really not impressed with the bad customer treatment at the Mulbarton, Panorama center. The young and older lady at the Roman Pizzas there, really need to change their attitude towards customers.
When I got there, I greeted them three times, and they didn't even respond. Its like they were having a bad day or something. I spoke to them about it, but still nothing changed. I think they need to be told that we don't come there to beg for the Pizza, but to buy it. They didn'd even feel the need to apologise when I spoke to them about it. Especially the older lady, she needs serious help.
