Romans Pizza is a rip-off!!! 1

I received a voucher from Van Schaiks bookstore to get R25 off pizza at Roman's. I went to my local Roman's with the voucher and was told I need to have the slip from the bookstore as well. As can be expected I did not have it with me. I was told by Floyd that the owner of the particular Roman's (at the Shell garage in Rooihuiskraal) has decided that one needs to have the slip from the bookstore as well. Seems at Roman's pizza the franchisee can change the terms and conditions of the franchisor at will!!! How is this possible??? NOWHERE on the terms and conditions does it state that you have to have the slip with you!!!
