KFC
Pathetic Service!!!

We went to KFC Bethlehem (the one next to VW) today 03/06/2013 just before 18:00 pm. We bought streetwise 5 and a lady by the name of Joyce assisted us. We stay 5 minutes away, when we got home there was only 4 pieces inside. I went back and told Joyce the pieces were not enough, there was only 4. She took the box, opened it and said ''4 pieces, how come''? she turned away and screamed ''can i have another piece'' to the people at the back who packs the chicken. They took the box and put an extra piece (wing). She took it back and put it in the brown bag. She gave it to me, i then asked her if thats it? thats all? no apology nothing, she said ''no i did apologise'' i asked her when? because the only words that came out of her mouth was ''4 pieces how come''? i then told her that by that was she suggesting that there were five pieces and i'm lying? she said no. I left. I just need to know should we now check what we bought before we leave the shop? is KFC ripping people off like this? how many people get one piece less in their orders? Joyce couldn't give me an apology, i now want it from the manager!!! Really pathetic service.!!!
