Good day

i would like to log a complaint about the sun city KFC. i have gone to this specific KFC numerous time as i work around the corner and have found that they are not working according to proper stardards. All KFCs have a timer in which is activated from the time an order is placed to the time you pick up the food.

Senario:

When you use the drive way you are met by one of the KFC employees by the menu boards (so you dont waist time at the cash window) after making payment you are asked to wait for you food at the parking lot instead of the next window. This whole process is to show that the employees are scamming the timing system (which monitors fast delivery). After this whole process, food delivery can take 30-40 minutes.

i have called in once to tell the manager that i have been waiting outside for more than 30 minutes for my order but clearly this system was created by him/her benefit.

Can someone please attend to this as we regular customers are getting really irritated by this lack for good service.
