Pathetic and Disgusting Service

The other night i visited mimos at gateway for supper. My little sister was sick and unexpectedly started to vomit. We quickly grabbed all the paper towels we could. I asked a near by waiter for more and she told me just now despite seeing the situation we were in. I then shouted and said i needed them now. Paper towels were then given to me by the people sitting next to us seeing how sick the child was, while the waiter continued to set the table next to us still not making any attempt at getting us any paper towels. I asked for the manager who said he was sorry and would look into the matter and get back to us. 20 minutes later and he was no were to be found. Upon asking where he was we were told that one manager was not there anymore and the other was packing stock despite knowing that i wanted to know what the issue was with the waiter. Both the managers had a dont care attitude and our original waiter was the only person who seemed to care. Service like this is the most pathetic thing one could come across within a service motivated industry.
