Col'cacchio
Disappointed in what WAS a favourite restaurant

Friday evening we went to Col'cacchio in Fairlands where we have always enjoyed going. Had a bit of a debate with the family because at our last visit two orders reached the table with items missing. Anyway, we put it down to once-off error and gave it another chance.

Granted the restaurant was BUSY. It was a bit slow placing our order, but the waiter was cheerful and that made up for it. 45 minutes later, no food. We queried it, and we're promised it was coming. One of the managers also came by and was aware that we were waiting. From there I noticed that we were 'avoided' . I finally got fed up, took my bag and asked the waiter if we should rather leave.

Then our meals came one by one. My daughter had half finished her salad before my husband got his pizza, he was half finished when my son and I got our meal. The meals were tasty - which I expected since to took so long to make them.

Guys, you are really slipping, and you're off our list of places to relax and spend our money.
