Ziggi
Poor Service

Firstly, with it being Mothers Day we decided to take our Mothers to Ziggis in TYgervalley to enjoy lunch. Unfortuantely, what we got after an hour after placing our orders was nothing!! Are party placed drinks which arrived after 15 minutes. I then enquired about our starters to which I got a response that the kitchen is finishing the order. after 30 Minutes I went down to look for our manager or waiter as we were now being avoided. Please note that the restaurant was not even half filled at this point so the delay was even more annoying. Upon going downstairs to enquire I stood by the kitchen and noticed that the orders were flowing out and even other people that arrived after us received their meals upstairs.

After 55 Minutes of waiting I called over one of the managers (a lady in a blue blazer) and enquired about the status of our meals. After a very nonchalant response, we decided to leave as this was a complete and utter display of extremely poor service levels and will not be revistting nor promote the restaurant as I would not like other to experience the poor levels of service which I recieved.
