Col'cacchio franschhoek is a awfull experience

After going to col'cacchio in Franschhoek I have to admit my wife's pasta was raw and was sent back, they chopped it into smaller pieces and returned the food it was half cooked this time, my pizza was ice cold and horrible. This experience with col'cacchio spoiled our day as we were travelling through the beautifull cape region. I have had plenty wonderfull meals with emperors palace colcacchio branch. At the end of the day the manager took the two meals off the bill after complaining and moaning.. I would not recommend this branch at all!!
