Hi,

After ordering my meal and looking at my slip i discovered i was charged an extra R10.00 for extra cheese i didn't ask for, after which i waited over 15 min for my meal when they where not busy at all, once i did get my order and got home there was no sauce or serviettes in my packet.

I really enjoy steers but this service is unacceptable, also they need to look at their pricing system as their prices are ridiculous.
