Ocean Basket
Poor service as a result of bad attitude

Hi, last night my friend and I went to have dinner at the Ocean Basket in Fourways Mall. We got a waiter who was allocated to us named Trust. We sat with no problems, we asked him to provide us with water before our orders. He went away and didn't't come back. We had to wave to get attention from other waiters to take our food and drinks orders. I never gave us our water as ordered initially.

Through the night he sat at the till point in the restaurant chatting with the other waiters and not attending to us. A young gentleman called Bruce helped us through the night with our order and bill.
Trust had a bad attitude and gave us poor service.
