Not once have I received good service

Not once have I received good service at the Mugg And Bean in Killarney mall.

Every single time I have been there, they do not have the item which I order, in stock - Today in particular, the quiche Lorraine.

In addition, the waiter did not understand what I was ordering until I physically pointed it out on the menu. Also, when I asked for the bill to be prepared I had to wait at least 15 minutes before having to ask for a second time.

Fed up! Probably my own fault for having gone back after my miserable past experiences.

Be sure to steer clear.
