Petrol Attandances sucking attitude

I have been using sasol petrol station in Germiston for 8 years now. I have never seen such a sucking attitude from all Sasol Lambton petrol attandances. They dont show any sense of urgency, in short, they dont care. This morning I had to wait for more than 10 minutes to be served while they were walking about slowly. I'm not expecting special treatment, but all I ask is the guys to at least be quick in attending customers. I have seen this for past few months and have negleted it, but I think it is about time that someone take action for such, they dont even apologize for keeping us waiting for hours.
