KFC Customer Care is Useless

This just shows how useless and pathetic KFC Customer Care and all the branches are. This is the 3rd complain about the same thing. It is a pity I could not paste the photo of the KFC that I have received on Hello Peter, but I will do so on Face book and print banners with the photo and paste it on all windows of Secunda KFC branches and all over town so people can see, maybe then I will get decent feedback. I Reported my original complaint on 19 March - no solution given till today. About 2 moths ago a lady of customer Care phoned me and apologised because of the pathetic service and that promises was made to me. She then promised me that she and the new team will followup on the complaint because the old team did not... well nothing HAPPENED since. I wish Bull Sh$#^% like this will vanish from planet earth and die.
