Don't eat at quay four, waterfront

I booked a open air balcony table between 1-2pm friday 17th jan.'14, we ordered the bayside platter for R175.00 each, what arrived was a plate that had been microwaved, the chips were soggy, the mussels had an afro, the prawns were o.k. i guess, the yellowtail was rubbery, tasteless, served on top of butternut and spinach, not a good thing to do, the calamari was rubbery as well, i gave it a try but could not continue, thanx for the beer to wash down the bad taste, so we sent it back and gave up on the fish, we were offered an alternative, fillet, we tried that but it too had much to be desired, the floor manager and waitress didn't seem to understand our reasonable complaint, we paid only for the meat dishes etc. R470.00 which were now more expensive than what we originally wanted but thank heaven the bottle of wine and 2 beers saved the unpleasant experience from ever being repeated, in short quay four in c.t. is a waste of time and money.
