EATEN CHICKEN PUT BACK ON GRILL 18/01/14

My latest experience at Nandos Cradlestone was not an expected one As all South Africans we love Nandos... we asked for our chicken to be very; very; well done. we received our order and my sister who eats drumsticks proceeded to bite into the first drumstick and it was undercooked she overlooked it and i suggested to try the other one it was worse than the first drumstick called the manager he takes the drumstick puts the eaten drumstick back on the grill and brings the now slightly cooked eaten drumstick back on the table. i ask him why has he brought the eaten one back he said because he just cooked it properly. i was horrified and asked why would you do that he said because you said it was undercooked. i said but that is unhygenic you cant put something eaten back on a grill. he looked at me as if i was going mad i have been told Mangement would get back to me in 24 - 48 hours i am waiting. then about an hour after i had left Nandos the same manager calls me and ask me to come back to the shop and we can sort something out. I think that the health department would like to investigate this.. Nandos i want a response
