Arrogant attittude, slack service, no FB feedback

What can say - manager was extremely arrogant and extremely defensive on questioning of an order! Order (SIMPLE) to more than 40 minutes to deliver to the table. Manager couldn't of care whatsoever - even about customer service! Absolutely disgusting service - will never go back to Maxi's again - and I'll even encourage my friends not to go there! POsted a comment on Facebook, because 'Maxi's really cares about feedback; - and not even any response! TALK IS CHEAP - ACTION IS WHAT SOUTH AFRICANS SEEK!!!
