Maxi's N1 Starstop could not care less about you

I walked into Maxis at around 12:00 midday past a bunch of waiters and took my seat 1 meter away from them. They did not greet me, nor acknowledge me as a customer in any way. After sitting at my table for quite some time perhaps around 10 minutes, it dawned upon me that the waiters, still happily chatting had not intention of serving me at all.

I complained to both managers who offered to "investigate" the matter, but if you ask me, Maxi's waiters are simply making too much money, and their managers are too oblivious when it comes to management to care about customers.

My advice to you: STAY AWAY FROM MAXI'S and rather visit their competition, keeping in mind that their parent company Taste Holdings also own St. Elmo's, Scooters and The Fish Co.
