Mugg And Bean
Terrible Service and not the first time!!

I have visited the mugg and bean in Cape Town airport a couple of times with the same result.
Service is SHOCKING. Upon approach to enter the lady that seats saw us coming and disappeared to the back. We eventually flagged someone and asked if we could sit. 4 of us had time to read the menu, discuss and decide on food and drinks still no one. We once again tried to flag someone to serve us, eventually making eye contact with Wilson standing at the back flirting and holding hands with a waitress near the till. He proceeded to serve us... well I say serve, more like we inconvenienced him.
We ordered food which took at least 30 mins to arrive (after we chased it) 1 muffin, and 2 toasted sandwiches. We ordered 2 iced coffees, which had no cream or coffee beans (as all other mugg and beans do)
Even when it came to paying I had the bill ready to pay for 15 mins before I went to find someone, whom I inconvenienced.

Exactly same thing happened to 2 other tables that arrived while we were seated. 1 of which ended up seating themselves.

All in all, terrible service inconsistent food and frustrating to have to pay for such.
