As Rude as it Gets

I booked us a table at As Greek as it Gets, after looking at their menu online. When we arrived there we placed our drinks order (disappointed that they didn't stock Graca as one of our party members only drinks Graca). After 48 minutes of waiting for our drinks I asked the waiter when we can expect this. He told me that he was very busy with other clients and he will get to us when he gets to us. As you can imagine we immediately left and went to another restaurant. I accept that restaurant can be busy and that owners cannot always keep an eye on the staff and we were willing to go back on another weekend, when it is less busy, because we looked forward to the Tapas. That evening, however, I received the following sms from the owner (and I quote): "could of... would of... should of.. Not that my apology will help now or the fact that the waiter who was been shouted at got a klap... but I hate unhappy customers who feel bafly treated... I am truly sorry...(IF ONLY HE HAD STOPPED HERE) Having said that I don't think u were used to my type of restaurant... food... prices etc... maybe it was a good thing for u that u ate elsewhere"
