Bad Attitutde/Bad Customer Service/Bad Managemnt

My family and I were at the KFC by the airport shopping mall in Belhar to pick up some early morning eats. We entered into KFC and proceeded to place our order. Micarla was the teller. Our bill did not make much sense, and she also did not know much about the am Deluxe meal. Eventually we took a look at the slip and the am deluxe was rang up on wrong... she calls Nicola over - which I assume is the manager, and she too argues with us when it states clear on the advertising board? DD AN EGG FOR R# EXTRA' but yet they removed the hash brown and told us that that was extra. They 're-did'the order, only to slap on the hashbrown and drown the burger in sauce - it looked pathetic. Then came the kiddies meal - When Micarla read the order back to us, it was the burger meal - but we got the kiddies twister meal. Micarla calls Nicola over once again for a void, and Nicola looks at us if as if we got the order wrong...

If you cant handle the hopitality industry - get out. Nicola you are a bad example of a leader! My word of Kentucky Airport Mall will spread like the plague... Go there if you want to see bad service!
