Bad service at Wimpy

I and my family of five ordered burgers and drinks. We were firstly surprised at the lack of courtesy that the waiters presented. The food would be just put on our table without any word and we had to get on and eat BUT WHAT WAS MOST APPALLING IS FINDING PIECES OF GRASS IN MY GRANADILLA JUICE ON TWO OCCASIONS AND ALSO BEING SERVED THE WRONG BURGER.THE ATTITUDE OF THE SHIFT MANAGER AND THE OUTLET MANAGER DIDN'T HELP EITHER;AS THEY DISPLAYED AN ATTITUDE BY SHIFTING THE BUCK AND TELLING ME THAT THE GRASS WAS A RESULT OF A BAD SERVICE BY THEIR ICE SUPPLIER.

I am disraught and very disturbed by this kind of service especially that even the complaint that I had personally written and left at the cashier has not been answered yet. I seek your intervention Peter and am hopefull that this kind of service could be easilly corrected.
